Spinach  has been called the " King of Vegetables" and is beneficial in kidney problems, and in all conditions of Low Vitality. It has also been found valuable for Anemia, nerve exhaustion, arthritis, high blood pressure, dyspepsia, and bronchitis.


Spinach Contains Oxalic Acid


The body cannot metabolize Oxalic Acid. In order for the body to get Oxalic Acid, it calls for reserve a calcium. If there is no reserve, the body will take it from the bones and teeth.
